During the meeting, Benstock discussed and answered questions about the current year’s dynamic automotive market swings and gave insights into potential challenges in 2012. In the meeting, Benstock learned that as rated by Costco Members who responded to a Costco Auto Program Member Survey, 96.4% of Paragon’s Acura Costco customers and 96.6% of Paragon’s Honda Costco customers rated their experience at Paragon as good/excellent.
