Brian Benstock of Paragon Honda and Acura in New York met with Costco leadership to share thoughts and strategies for 2012. During the meeting, Benstock discussed and answered questions about the current year’s dynamic automotive market swings and gave insights into potential challenges in 2012. In the meeting, Benstock learned that as rated by Costco Members who responded to a Costco Auto Program Member Survey, 96.4% of Paragon’s Acura Costco customers and 96.6% of Paragon’s Honda Costco customers rated their experience at Paragon as good/excellent.
